High-quality Supported Accommodation Services
Our supported accommodation services are available 24/7, every day of the week.
We offer both single-occupancy and shared accommodation (non-ring fenced) for looked-after children or care leavers aged 16 or 17, along with a variety of person-centred support services.
This includes helping young people gain greater independence by developing essential life skills such as budgeting, cleaning, and cooking, in preparation for fully independent living.
Additionally, we provide supported accommodation for individuals aged 18 and over, as well as outreach services for those needing extra support in their own homes.
Our local teams are experienced in supporting:

Young people with challenging behaviour (such as drug or alcohol misuse, a history of violence, serious and/or persistent offending and mental health needs)

Children leaving care (from rising 16-year-olds to post-18)

Vulnerable young people aged 16 to 17

Young asylum seekers aged 16-17 years

Young people aged 18 and over with mental health needs

We also offer outreach and on-call services for young people not residing at A Higher Path who require extra help and support.
